Our exclusive and talented catering staff, directed by Chef Cameron Krahel, are able to provide you with a wide variety of culinary delights for your catered event. All of the food is catered and prepared for your event on-site from our two state-of-the-art kitchens. We can cater your event from 10 people up to 500 people in our 8,200 square foot conference center.

For those wanting a small private dinner, we can offer the Cy Young room for events that seat 10-40 people.

All food and beverage is provided by the McDonald/Marlite Conference Center. Our menus include many of our popular items. Should you prefer to design a different menu, our coordinator will be pleased to work with you. They are also prepared to offer suggestions and recommendations of theme parties and/or packages that may be appropriate for your event.
